We invite you to participate in a monastic-led one-day online retreat on Saturday, June 26, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (PDT).
The program will include group practice of the SRF Energization Exercises, periods of silent meditation, kirtan with SRF monastics, an inspirational talk, and the healing service.
Please note: If you are not able to join the retreat at this time, it will be available for later viewing until Monday, June 28 at 10:00 p.m. (PDT) on the SRF Online Meditation Center YouTube channel.
