We warmly invite you to join us for a one-day, online retreat on “The Holy Aum” led by SRF/YSS members. This retreat will share insights from the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda on the Aum vibration and how communing with it enables us to feel God’s presence. The retreat will include group practice of the SRF Energization Exercises, silent meditation, affirmation practice, devotional chanting, and excerpts from the writings of Paramahansa Yogananda and recorded talks of Sri Mrinalini Mata. The retreat will conclude with Paramahansa Yogananda’s healing technique and a closing prayer.
